• Call 1-888-495-LOTS (5687) and leave your name, phone number and the best time to contact you.
   
  A TxLots.com representative will call to talk about your parcel, its location and anything unusual about the property. Together you will work up a preliminary marketing plan that will represent your property most-favorably to potential buyers.

• We require at least six good photos of your property.

• You will be asked to write a description of your property. TxLots.com can guide you through the process. (HINT: Be sure to tell us what brought you to buy it in the first place. These are probably the same reasons a prospective buyer will have for wanting it.)

• You will be offered the opportunity to record a message heard by prospective buyers when they call after seeing the sign placed on your property.

• A TxLots.com "For Sale" sign will be available for you to pick up and post on your property. Your sign will have a toll-free number, with your own unique extension, that takes prospects to your specially-recorded message. (If your property is in an area with a "no sign" rule—like Horseshoe Bay—let us know; TxLots.com has other ways of getting the proper exposure.)
