PRICING/PAYMENT:

For land parcels and/or lots with a sale price of less than $50,000, TxLots.com charges an upfront, one-time fee of $495, payable via:

  • personal check or
  • PayPal

DETAILS:

In exchange for TxLots.com's low flat-rate fee, sellers get:

  1. Listed in the real estate listing system nearest the property for eight months (longer in some areas; contact TxLots.com for details.) You may add a listing in additional Central or West Texas systems for $100 each.
  2. A property listing in the proper category (lots, recreational land, etc.) on eBay.
  3. A free yard sign, which includes a toll-free number and an extension specific to your property, so potential buyers can call and get a recorded message and description of your land. No one can better-describe a unique piece of property than the owner, so you will write and record your own description. Your recorded message will be available to potential buyers 24/7.
  4. A weekly list of the names and phone numbers for everyone who called about your property.
  5. Expert assistance from experienced TxLots.com real estate professionals.
